Depending on the type of order a customer makes through us, it determines whether or not the customer is entitled to a refund. If the product purchased is an account, no refund may be given. If the product purchased is RuneScape Gold, then a refund may be given if the customer returns the gold purchased.If a customer happens to open a dispute or claim with their bank/PayPal/credit card issuer, he/she will be reported immediately. Our company will contact the organization you paid through and may pursue legal action against you. Chargebacks will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
If your purchase total exceeds 20 USD, your money will be held for two days for security reasons. Sometimes PayPal inspects transactions and disputes them on their own behalf if they have any doubt regarding it's legitimacy. Therefore if PayPal does happen to dispute a payment on their own behalf, our business will not lose money.
